I removed the window slide from an old regulator (part that attaches to a W123 window) and put it on a new regulator arm with this kit.  Basically adapted a W126 regulator without the slide to one with a slide by drilling out the old clip and peening this one on with the slide.

It has parts that are for different years.  In hindsight I could have saved a few bucks had I known and bought the pieces individually, but it came in handy because I was rebuilding regulators from different years.

Overall, everything worked out fine though.  Turns out that the extras from one years rebuild gave me an error-buffer for the second over😁.
