Authentic Classics Welcomes International Orders 

International Shipping Methods:
 
- US Postal Service Small Flat Rate Box - Orders up to $60 - Shipping Cost $16.95
   (The above service is weight and size restricted - Box size is 8" (20cm) x 5" (12cm)  x 1-1/4" (3cm) , Maximum Weight is 2.2 lbs (1kg) 
 
- US Postal Service Express mail - Orders up to $500 - Shipping Cost starts at $39.00 and up.
 
- Fedex International Services - All Orders - Shipping Cost starts at $80.00 and up.
 
- UPS Worldwide Services - All Orders - Shipping Cost starts at $80.00 and up.
 
Shipping costs shown are minimum costs, actual charge is calculated by weight and size of items and will be shown at time of Checkout. Prices valid as of March 2012 and subject to change.
 
Please note that some large items cannot be shipped Internationally due to size restrictions, these are usually marked as such on the item page.
 
Payment
 
We accept PayPal and Credit cards for International orders up to $1000.00 
 
For International orders over $1,000.00 payment must be Bank Wire Transfer.
 
Please be aware that any International shipping fees that we may charge to you do not include any Customs charges, duty charges or tax charges, which your country may charge you upon receipt of purchases mailed. Please contact your local customs office to find out what your charges may be. AuthenticClassics.com and Authentic Classics, LLC are not responsible for these charges. The customer will be responsible for all custom duty charges and any local taxes that may be added to the shipment. If a customer declines to pay any Customs duty charges and then those charges get passed onto us, we will have to pass this charge back to the customer. Customers who refuse shipment on any International orders will be responsible to pay all shipping charges to and from the destination and any custom duty charges that may be charged to AuthenticClassics.com and Authentic Classics, LLC  plus a 15% refund fee.
 
After receipt of your order we will send you wire transfer Instructions, the customer is responsible for any Bank Fees, please check this with your bank and be sure to wire sufficient Funds to cover any fees.

Upon request we will provide you with a written Proforma Invoice or Price Quote. Once you have wired the funds, please notify us via email. Please indicate in your email that you have sent a Wire Transfer,  Upon receipt of verified funds, we will ship the requested product(s) at the earliest available time.

What are my payment choices?
 
We accept Credit Cards and PayPal for orders up to $1000, orders over $1,000 must be paid by Bank Wire Transfer for International Orders, if any other payment type is submitted with your order it will be refunded.

Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
International return policy.
 
Only items originally sold and shipped by Authentic Classics will be accepted for a refund. Returned Items will be compared to our original shipping records and photos before any refund is processed.
 
All items must be returned within 14-days. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returned items unless an incorrect part was shipped due to our error, in which case the restocking fee will be waived. All returns must receive a prior Return Authorization number, To obtain a return authorization please contact our customer service department at [email protected]. A return authorization number will be provided to you and must be displayed on top of the box in a visible location. For your protection, all returns should be insured for the full value of the item/s and should be shipped via a service which provides Online package tracking as we are not responsible for the returned item until it is received in our warehouse. Returned items returns must meet the following criteria: •All items must be in the original undamaged and clean packaging. •All manufacturers documentation, installation manuals, labels, stickers must be present. •All items must not be tampered with or modified. •All items must be in Brand new unblemished condition, never installed and must be returned in the original packaging. •All items sold as kits must be complete. •The part is not custom made. •The part is not an electrical component.• Any printed materials, (books, literature, wiring diagrams, etc.) as well as CD-ROMs are non-refundable due to their nature. Any returns that do not meet the preceding criteria will be returned to the customer and no credit will be given. We reserve the right to refuse any returns. The above return policys are at the discretion and determination of Authentic Classics, LLC. Any item that has been installed, altered, painted, or deemed non-resalable will be returned. The refund will be in the amount of the original purchase price minus what we spent shipping, minus the restocking fee, Items that were shipped in error will be credited in full including shipping cost. It usually takes about 5-7 business days after we receive the item for the funds to show up in your account. We will only credit the same credit card you used to place your order. If your card is lost or stolen you will be issued an in-store credit. We can not credit the funds to a different credit card.

Refused and Undeliverable Shipments

 There is a 20% handling fee for all refused and undeliverable shipments which will be deducted from your credit. In addition to the handling fee, if an order is refused or undeliverable and returned to us, customer is still responsible for the customs fees and duty taxes because those would have been paid for by the carrier already. Upon receiving the refused package, a refund will be issued in the amount order total less the customs fee and duty taxes assessed on the package and shipping fees paid including return shipping. If the returned item is received in damaged condition, no Credit will be given.
